Universal Contact Center Desktop

Universal Contact Center desktop is my pet project to equip an experimental contact center with user desktops - agent desktop, administrator desktop, supervisor desktop, and customer desktop. The agent view is presented below:

The desktop is written in JavaScript using ExtJS 6 framework. The desktop is connected with a contact center model in AWS.
